Itinerary (Day Plan)

All times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on traffic and group pace, but this is the planned schedule for the day.

• 6:45 AM – Check-in at London Kings CrossMeet the ARASAN TRAVELS team, check in, store your bag and get ready to board the coach. Please arrive on time – late arrivals may miss the coach.

• 7:00 AM – Depart London Kings Cross
  Comfortable coach journey begins via the M1 motorway. Settle in, enjoy the views and on-board entertainment.

• 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM – Coach travel to Peak District
  Relax on the 4-hour journey with a short comfort stop on the way if needed. Ideal time to rest, chat with fellow travellers or enjoy the scenery.

• 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Stop 1: Winnats Pass
  Scenic viewpoint stop at Winnats Pass – dramatic limestone valley, panoramic views and plenty of time for photos and optional short walks near the viewpoint.

• 12:00 PM – 12:05 PM – Short drive to Castleton Village

• 12:05 PM – 1:45 PM – Stop 2: Castleton Village & Lunch
  Explore Castleton Village: cobbled streets, historic pubs, stone cottages, gift shops and local boutiques. Lunch is provided by us here at no extra cost, plus time for exploring and photos.

• 1:45 PM – 2:00 PM – Drive to Ladybower Reservoir

• 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM – Stop 3: Ladybower Reservoir
  Visit Ladybower Reservoir for a scenic, mostly flat walk along the dam, stunning views and a stop at the Fairholmes Visitor Centre. Perfect for photos and a relaxed afternoon stroll.

• 3:30 PM – 3:45 PM – Drive to Robin Hood’s Cave

• 3:45 PM – 5:00 PM – Stop 4: Robin Hood’s Cave
  Explore the Robin Hood’s Cave area – historic limestone cave site with great viewpoints. Time for cave exploration (within safe, easy-access areas), final group photos and enjoying the valley scenery.

• 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Return journey to London
  Coach journey back to London Kings Cross (around 4 hours) with rest time, entertainment and a chance to relax after the day.

• 9:00 PM – Arrive back at London Kings Cross
  Scheduled arrival back in London – perfect for onward travel home
